“Smart World”

We live in times where we can speak to “Alexa” and she will provide the information requested. From music, to food recipes, play list, and even news, you name it, Alexa can provide it. Thanks to technology, you can even adjust the temperature of your home or lock/unlock your doors from miles away. It’s amazing and scary at the same time.

About a decade ago, if someone told us that we would be able to achieve the above, we might have considered that impossible, but here we are today. I can’t help but imagine what the next decade would bring. We live in a “Smart” world and there’s now no escaping that.

It’s a new year and a new decade. Tine to be “Smart”, time to be focused. As you ponder and try to accomplish your new year resolutions, it would be wise to ensure that they are realistic, simple, attainable and practical. Don’t be afraid to adjust as needed. Most importantly, don’t be hesitate to call on the original “Alexa” of all time; God.

If we can trust a man-made electronic device to provide us with information, we should not be afraid to call on the One who makes all things and provides Wisdom and grace to all. No matter how big or small your goals are, the original “Alexa” who knows the future, who makes no mistakes and who has your best interest at heart will enable and guide you to the place that is perfect for you. It’s time to be “Smart”.

Happy New Year to You.
